You are responsible for optimizing our inbound sales process which will enable us to scale. Currently, we’re doing everything manually. Someone writes in, Montana receives an email in her inbox, she reviews it, decides if the customer is qualified, enters the contact info into a CRM and reaches out to schedule an appointment. She manually updates the status of the contact after the appointment with next steps.
We want to setup up a process that doesn’t require so much of Montana’s time, that enables the whole team to get access to prospective customer information, and that qualifies customers in a more structured way, so that we can prioritize leads and personalize sales to achieve our customer acquisition and activation goals.
Implementation
Setup a prospective customer (aka lead) signup flow that uses Typeform and Hubspot (or another CRM of your choosing) and optionally Zapier to automate our inbound sales process — freeing up team time and ensuring no leads fall through the cracks.
Required functionality
Note: you might have to be a little creative in setting up this full flow (might require two Typeforms)
Training and presentation [Loom Video]
Now imagine you need to train us, your team members, on how this is setup so that we are able to make changes, e.g. if we need to add a new question to the Typeform and have that populate in Hubspot
You will have up to 20 min to train us via a recorded Loom — don’t feel like the Loom needs to be a perfect tutorial. Think of it as you having a meeting with your teammates and you recorded the meeting.
If you have any additional thoughts or context you’d like to share with us about the exercise that’s separate from the recorded Loom, feel free to do so via email.
